 HELP DESK and SUPPORT ~ 403 forbidden?suddenly?what´s going on? |

today (04/11/09) i tried to access my website (www.meine-leben.com) wich is hosted freely here at awardspace, and suddenly all i get this message
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /notes/f403.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
i havent edited any page inside or even created this folder/page, so what´s going on here, now that i finally got few visitors to my website? please someone help me ASAP. thank you, |

went to file manager
Error 0x04019 Cannot connect as ******** |

Can't access my site, I'm receiving the problem that haboxia, MiraMix and Krismeine told in the past messages.
Is there any kind of problem with the server? It is impossible to access via http, control panel or ftp.
Via http the error received is:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /notes/f403.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Via ftp the message is more cryptic:
Connecting 82.197.131.52:21...
Failed: "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Via control panel, the problem shows a worst part:
Firefox can't connect with cp7.awardspace.com
I haven't this kind of problem in about two years of hosting of my site. Any words of the Awardspace Team about this problem? |

cp7.awardspece.com and my website kempenzonen.awardspace.com were down for 1 hour 47 min. (from 15:53 GMT .. 17:40 GMT)
While these sites were down, the webserver appeared to be up.
The connection dropped as soon as the CONNECT or HEAD request was entered.
~$ telnet kempenzonen.awardspace.com 80
Trying 82.197.131.52...
Connected to kempenzonen.awardspace.com.
Escape character is '^]'.
HEAD
Connection closed by foreign host.
I've been very satisfied about the service awardspace is offering and hope this incident will stay isolated. |

my files are on 755
but after we all posted here lastnight was it sorted in 1 hour
but it happend to me before i got a 404 and 406 error with server is to busy
do u know something about that
i posted about that in another topic
please msg back so i know what to do !!! |

| You are on server 2, correct? This doesn't seem to be a problem with the server because my cp2 account isn't having any problems. Are these specific files that you are having trouble with? If so, please provide me a link to these files and perhaps a page on your site that link to the file. |

I'm also getting a HTTP 403 (Forbidden) error when I go to my site (kent.awardspace.com)
And I can't logon at awardspace.com (user:waggles) or through FTP.
Has my account been shut down?
